With spring upon us and summer right around the corner, you may be thinking of a detox to cleanse your system and get a fresh start. Rejuvenate your health and commit to a glow-up with these refreshing drinks for the spring season.

Fat Flush Detox Tea

Made with mint, green tea and lime, you can’t go wrong with this yummy drink to refresh your healthy lifestyle. Green tea helps you to burn fat easier, while mint aids in digestion and helps with inflammation. Lime can help with weight loss, clearer skin, improved digestion and constipation relief. You will need:

  • 1 fresh lime, sliced
  • Small handful of mint leaves
  • 1 green tea bag or a cup of liquid green tea
  • 3 cups of water

Directions:

  • Pour water into a pitcher.
  • Add tea, mint leaves and lime.
  • Allow it to infuse for a half hour or more.

Cleansing Cucumber Lemonade

The vitamin C in lemons ensures a healthy immune system, while cucumbers help to soothe inflammation. This cleansing cucumber lemonade brings a cool and light sweetness from honey, a perfect healthy drink to welcome spring.

You will need:

  • 1 pound cucumbers peeled and chopped (save 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers, garnish)
  • 2 cups lemon juice, freshly squeezed (15 lemons) or pre-made lemonade
  • 8 cups water, divided
  • 2/3 cup honey, raw
  • 12 ice cubes

Directions:

  • Put the chopped cucumbers in a blender with 1 to 2 cups of water. Strain the mixture through a sieve into a bowl or pitcher.
  • Discard pulp and add ice.
  • Heat 1-1/2 cups of water on a stove on high heat until it steams, removing from heat and whisking in honey until dissolved.
  • Pour honey mixture, water, and lemon over ice and cucumber. Stir well and enjoy.

You will need:

  • 8 oz. Coconut Water
  • 4 oz. Spring Water

Directions:

  • Boil 4 ounces of water, then add in the tea bag.
  • Let it steep for about two minutes.
  • Add the tea into eight ounces of coconut water and the lemon juice.
  • Enjoy after a workout to replace electrolytes and help you feel energized again.
