Citrus Champagne Punch

Let’s be real: brunch is a state of mind. This means Mimosas are acceptable any time of day and this citrus champagne punch takes them to the next level with the addition of grapefruit juice and grenadine for a slightly sweet flavor and a beautiful blush color. All you need is some simple syrup and your favorite bubbly adult beverage to complete this simple and satisfying cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces fresh ruby red grapefruit juice

  • 4 ounces orange juice

  • 4 ounces simple syrup

  • 24 ounces champagne or sparkling wine

  • 1 ounce grenadine

Instructions:

Combine grapefruit juice, orange juice, and simple syrup to glass. Stir to combine. Top with champagne and a splash of grenadine to finish. Garnish with citrus slices or fresh flowers!

Rosé Chilton

This beverage is surprisingly simple for a refreshing taste of summer. Add a twist to the classic recipe with Rosé flavored vodka, or you could use any type of vodka on hand (that pairs well with lemon!). The key to a simple recipe like this is quality ingredients. Use a premium club soda that uses quality, naturally sourced ingredients and no artificial flavorings or sweeteners.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces Three Olives Brand Rosé Vodka

  • 3 lemons

  • club soda

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Pour ice into the glass.

  2. Add 3 ounces of vodka along with juice from 3 lemons.

  3. Top it off with club soda and add a lemon wedge.

Refreshing Berry Spritzer

Time to put that herb garden to work! This crisp beverage uses fresh berries and herbs to create a farm-fresh flavor to please everyone. Add your favorite liquor such as vodka or gin and you have an adult beverage that is easy to sip on any time of day.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. mixed berries

  • 1/2 c. fresh basil

  • 3 tbsp. fresh orange juice

  • 3 tbsp. sugar

  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • Club soda

Instructions:

  1. Stir together berries, basil, orange juice, sugar, and lemon juice until sugar is dissolved and some berries have broken down. Let stand 10 minutes.

  2. Serve over ice topped with club soda.

Salty Dog Cocktail

In case you haven’t heard, grapefruit is the new summer cocktail staple. Try switching things up by using a grapefruit soda that is under 100 calories and uses real fruit juice. This will give you the grapefruit flavor with a bit of fizz to shake up your palette. The salted rim is the key to this cocktail so don’t skip it!

Ingredients:

  • Flaky sea salt

  • 3 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) gin

  • 6 tablespoons (3 ounces) fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

  • 1 teaspoon (1 dash) simple syrup or maple syrup

  • Lime wedge

  • For the garnish: Grapefruit wedge

Instructions:

  1. Cut a notch in the lime wedge, then run the lime around the rim of a glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of flaky sea salt.

  2. Place the gin, grapefruit juice and syrup in a cocktail shaker with 4 ice cubes and shake until cold.

  3. Strain the drink into the glass with the salted rim. Fill the glass with ice and top with a squeeze of lime. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
